The fastest way to get help and support about WinTail is to contact us directly on our SourceForge WinTail Project. You'll have to be patient, because it may take some time for us to answer your questions.
If you should find bugs or just to suggest us improvements concerning WinTail, please submit your posts at WinTail Ticket System Support. Please attach the more information you can: at a least, the version number of Wintail that you are using. Good information in a bug report makes it more likely that your bug will be fixed quickly.
You must register with SourceForge.net before posting a bug report (registration is free). We require registering because anonymous submissions caused a lot of spam and also because there were no possibility to contact people for asking more information. We rarely sent direct emails but you will get notifications when we ask questions in the bug item.
