This is WinTail 2.3.1.0 portable stable version.
It is recommended always to use stable versions for most users.
WinTail project is in constant development in order to improve it, therefore we encourage
you to notify us new features, changes and software defects, so that we can implement a
new version opening a ticket using this link: http://sourceforge.net/p/wintail/tickets/
This is the stable version of WinTail that supports all Windows operating
systems at 32/64 bits because it's based on .NET 4.0

that have to be opened at program startup. Please fill the external plain text file
